		<description><![CDATA[I have been using the left Alt key for ages to open the menu bar.  Exactly the same as what F10 does.  Ctrl-N opens as new window.  Its content depends on what has the focus.  If it is an Explorer window you get a new window having the same contents of whatever was open. In the desktop you get an Explorer window of the desktop.  In Firefox you get a new window (not tab) with your home page. In Intenet Explorer you get a new window (not tab) with the current page.  In Thunderbird you get a blank mail composing page, in MS Office applications you get a new window with a blank document.... you get my drift.]]></description>
