3 Free In-Browser Games You Should Definitely Check Out

If running a modern browser like the latest Google Chrome, IE9 or Firefox 6, there are some pretty darned good freebie titles out there you can play right now. Yes, they’re all free and yes, they’re all good.

I was not expecting this to be any good, but surprisingly this is a very detailed golf game. The mechanics do take some getting used to, but it has everything you’d expect in a good golfing title. Hazards, wind speed, club selection, where you hit the ball on the tee, good scenery and so on. If you’ve played golf video games before, you should pick up on this one very quickly.

This game is exactly – and I mean exactly like the arcade version. Play with keyboard or mouse. It even has 2-player mode.

WOW is this one good. So good that it’s easy to forget you’re playing this one in a browser. It’s a turn-based medieval game that has a somewhat Age Of Empires-ish gameplay, but believe me, it’s awesome. Full soundtrack, great gameplay, the works.
