A neato tool I found online the other day is a web application which allows you to make 3D text instantly. I don’t really have an immediate need for something like this, but it would be ideal if you wanted to create simple logo.

The usage is pretty simple, enter the text you want, select your font size, display style and then color. Clicking the preview button then displays the output. You can save the generated image to your machine and use in your own creations.
