There’s a fair amount of people (yours truly included) that don’t own a printer. My reason for not owning one is that since I print so infrequently, the ink would dry out resulting in wasted money. So how do you print when you don’t own a printer? Use someone else’s. Here are 5 ways to do that.
1. Print from work
Lots of people do this, but be warned, many corporate offices frown upon non-company use where you may be tracked, called into the supervisor’s office and "given a talking to".
2. Use the apartment manager’s printer
If you live in an apartment complex, the manager’s office always has a printer there. Make friends with the staff and they’ll usually let you use the printer whenever you want as long as you’re not excessive about it.
Note that you’ll probably have to email them the document you want printed because it’s unlikely they’ll let you access the PC directly.
3. Print from the library (if available)
Some libraries don’t care if you use their printer or not as long as you keep it under 5 pages – however be aware that none of the public computers will be connected to the main printer, and you’ll have to ask to use it. Don’t be surprised if they say no, but ask anyway because they might say yes.
4. Cloud Print to a neighbor’s printer
This one goes under the assumption you’re on good terms with your neighbor and you’re both technically savvy enough to pull this off. If so, Google Cloud Print is pretty nifty and works well.
5. UPS Store or FedEx Office
This isn’t free but it’s an option. You can either stop in the store directly with your document on USB stick, login to your Google Docs or SkyDrive account from one of the terminals, or cloud-print it when you print from home and pick up the document at the store. UPS does this, and so does FedEx.

Get a laser, it is dangerous to print at work, you should not burden your neighbors and the toner does not age.
If you’re friends with your neighbors, I highly doubt it would be a burden to them to let you print something every once in a while.
