If you are not aware, Microsoft is now offering their Office online via the Office Live Workspace. The intent is to allow you to have most of the functionality available on the traditional desktop installation, but with the convenience of an online application. If this sounds like something you could use, check out this in-depth look at Microsoft Office Online.
While I don’t think you can ever get the full desktop experience via a browser implementation, if all you need is simple editing and viewing this is a good tool to know about. Over time, I expect the offering to become more fully featured but only time will tell how well it is adopted by users.

Just a note here, you must have Office 2007 to use it.
Thank you for sharing this. Just one question is it applicable for office 2003?
