Fun fact: We run McAfee Enterprise at work, and occasionally users end up with various consumer versions of McAfee installed on their PC on top of our enterprise client, no doubt ninja'd into the installer of whatever wonderful free games or coupons browser addon that was negligently installed. Everytime I've come across this, the consumer version outright breaks the enterprise version. McAfee doesn't work with McAfee.

On top of that I've been there for 6 years and can count the number of times McAfee has actually helped anything on my hand (MAYBE handS). When the faculty DO get viruses, the McAfee Enterprise software is of virtually no help and we end up turning to other removal tools. Why we put up with it all seems to be a heavily guarded secret.

Related fun fact. Adobe Reader also breaks Adobe Acrobat.
