Use the following step’s to add your own browser tool bars. You can add links to any programs on your computer or to any web page (http://forum.pcmech.com, for example).
1. Go to Start, Run
2. Type in gpedit.msc
3. Go to user configuration - Windows Settings - IE Maintenance - Browser UI. Then click on browser toolbar customizations.
Notes: You will need 2 icon files (ico files) one color and one grey for the mouse over.
