the one thing I can say good about windows is their is a preinstalled sticky note program on it I use a lot.My main and favorite OS xubuntu has a sticky note program but not preinstalled
Ubuntu has included a sticky note program by default for a few versions now. I haven't ever used them so I can't comment on how well they work.
