For those of you who have upgraded to IE7, I’m sure you are aware of the (very welcomed) search bar added to the main interface. This is quite handy as it eliminates the need to browse to a search page to do a new search, however if you have a toolbar, such as the Google or Yahoo toolbar installed, you might want to change the search provider of the IE7 search bar. This is very easily done:

1. Click the drop down arrow next to the maginifying glass.
2. Select Find More Providers.
3. Simply select the search provider you like.
4. Alternately, you can create a search on a site of your choice.
5. In the future when you click the drop down arrow, you can select any installed searches so you can always switch back.
