For what it is worth - i just migrated to windows 7 x64 and have acrobat 8 running fine - trick was to get into the cd and find the setup.exe (not autoplay.exe) and use Run As Administrator to do the install - would not install pdf printer on initial install but update to 8.1.3 got everything in order - no problems since then - NO luck with Flash except in 32 bit Internet explorer

I can't get Flash (CS4) to run properly at all in Windows 7 (64 Bit). The compatability modes don't help at all.I am using a new Dell Studio XP.I am going to install the 32 bit version and see if I get better results. One thing is sure; the more you search the less there is that is definitive on this issue.

Interesting to see so many people having different problems. I was running Vista 64bit previously and had no trouble with adobe flash, but once I installed win 7 64bit, I could not run adobe flash and adobe website popped up, tell me that I need run 32 bit IE. However, I can use google chrome to run adobe flash under win 7 64bit environment...

any thoughts?

It works almost perfect on anything I throw at it. I use windows 7 64bit and was using vista x64. I run every adobe, 3d modeling, coding software, and hardware you could imagine. I had one blue screen so far on a japanese VN game that I was forcing to run and alt+tabbed out. Not a normal situation. I've been thoroughly impressed, everybody should join in on the 64 bit fun! [ =

Firefox is 32 bit, that is why it works. Minefield is 64 bit firefox, and I can't get it to work. If someone knows how please let me know. Thanks.

'Strange that: I'm running exactly the same OS - 64-bit too, and all Adobe products are working just fine in FireFox. I find that I hardly ever use IE. I've no idea what's not happening for you; but it's certainly possible as I'm doing it now.

I am running Windows 7 RC 64-bit and Adobe is installable on IE but not FireFox. You have to do it manually, however, after you run the install. Still won't work with FF though. Found the instructions on the web, would have to look them up again.

I'm running Windows 7 RC 64-bit on a Phenom x 3 with 4GB DDR2 800MHz RAM. I haven't had any problems whatsoever with either Adobe Flash or Adobe Air. Twhirl is running fine.

I ran the 64-bit Windows Vista iTunes version without any issues also FWIW.

I've been using Adobe AIR and Twhirl on Windows XP x64 with no problems for months now. Ditto for Adobe Lightroom 2.3 64-bit edition. I may still have a box with the 64-bit version of Windows 7 beta, maybe I'll try to get Adobe AIR running on it.
