Apple Discussion Board Censoring?

P2pnet.net states that Apple routinely censors their discussion boards particularly concerning the screen problem on the current generation iMac 20-inch screen model.

In case you weren’t aware, when the 20-inch current-gen iMacs first appeared, they had screen problems. Many users reported a fading/gradient issue and the screen was terrible to use. Not all iMacs had this problem but a significant chunk of them did. Note that this is specific to the 20-inch iMac and not the 24-inch model.

Of course, the first thing Mac users do is pop on to the Apple discussions forum to express their woes, see if anyone else was having the problem and hopefully find a fix.

The problem is that if the topic is locked, what do you do? How do you contribute and discuss a technical issue on a discussion board meant for that? And does the question really get answered in that thread? Is it just a simple calibration issue? Decide for yourself.
