Laptop audio speakers are typically not that great…
…but I do remember when they weren’t bad.
Although none of us miss the built-like-a-tank way laptops used to be made, there were a few Dell models I remember that had metal speaker grills housed within the plastic chassis. They were made to be noticed and could actually project sound fairly well. True, they didn’t blast out sound, but they were loud enough to where 100% volume would be considered “too loud” for most (which is how they’re supposed to be at full volume).
On your laptop, do you consider your internal speakers any good, or are they “just barely adequate for system event sounds and not much else”?
Post a comment and rate your speakers. Be sure to list make/model of your laptop and where the speakers are placed within the unit (side, bottom, LCD panel, etc.)
