EveryDay Auto Backup will save your data daily wherever you tell it to. I use an attached USB drive and back up at system
start. It also has a Backup Now function to save it immediately.
The program is a free download with a small footprint.

Great article Sharron. I have three ways I back up. I have a 1 TB External Hard drive that I give my Music and Documents too. Then I have a online serivce where I back up also. And then I have a Network HDD that I backup from FTP. thats where I keep all my Program Files and other things. I also make an ISO image of my drive and save that to all of them too.

It sad to say that most users don't back up, because in a Windows world where viruses are everywhere people lose data constantly. And I say most people (average users) are not even sure how to back up. So writing things like this can really help people out.
