PCMech LIVE is our new live show that we are doing via Ustream.Tv. While we are live streaming pretty much 24/7, our scheduled show time is 8 PM EST on Wednesday evenings.
We’ve had a LOT of people ask how we put together the feed. I have prepared a video for you which shows how I run the stream out of my home office. Here are links to the hardware and software that I am using, then you can watch the video to see how it is done.

thanks for the info David, it’s fun to find out how other people get things done. You always find a way to get really cool working setups, I set up my 3 monitors because I saw it awhile back on a video. Question though, how did you do the inpicture of you, and the cool effect at 10:29. (sending your inpicture and moving the desktop to the side) I thought that was really cool. Keep up the good work, I’ll make sure I keep clicking on the ads. lol
