where do you draw the line on objectionable stuff? many countries/nations don't allow woman to have any part of them exposed, so that eliminates 90 percent of all websites & advertisements. we can go on all day with things like cursing/swearing, fighting/killing, drinking/drugging, when we get done there won't be any need for the internet service cause everything will be filtered. so, long of it is, we either allow full access or none at all, do not police it, except for the volume thing.

WiFi on planes is going to suck - unless it's mandated that all laptops volume must be muted or have headphones connected. Otherwise my fear is that with all the YouTube videos and MySpace music going on, it'll be a nightmare of a flight.
Especially on my LA-SYD flights. 14 hrs of all that crap? I'll pass thanks.
And there's nothing wrong wrong with having a xxx filter on the plane. It makes sense. Sure, most people won't view it anyways, but there are people out there who don't care if someone see them looking. But if a child happens to see it, then you can imagine the high number of lawsuits the airlines will receive because of it.
