If you are tired of the default Windows graphical icons and don’t want to take the time to manually change each one, try IconTweaker. This free program allows you to easily implement different icon themes to give your computer a free look.

IconTweaker is available for versions of Windows up to XP and ships with a fair size of themes. Additional themes are freely available on their website.
