The only problem I have is the touch screen itself. I find that a stylus is needed and even with that I have to "touch" multiple times to get a response, especially in the lower portion of the screen. Frustrating at times. I am very much looking forward to my next phone, even if I have to abandon TracFone to get the Android or at least a higher quality phone. I have one of these.
