Check The Offical US Time

Now that the Daylight Savings change has come and gone, this makes a good time to check your system time against the official US time. By going to http://www.time.gov/ and selecting your time zone, you can get the exact time and synchronize your clock with it.

You can change your system time by double-clicking on the clock in your system tray and then directly editing the time below the analog clock and applying the settings.
