My Whirlpool clothes washer is obsolete now as it has been running Windows 98 for years, so I decided to "upgrade" it to Windows XP:

Also note that I "upgraded" the CPU from an Intel Celeron M to an Intel Atom.
I noticed my clothes are now are washed with far fewer file fragments (with use of NTFS detergent), and that service packs "download" through the cold water hose much quicker.
Have you "upgraded" your washer machine to Windows XP?
(And yes, this is my actual washing machine.)

Don’t forget to install CCleaner!
I don’t upgrade my washing machine, I save those reused components for things around the office, like the microwave and other people’s coffee mugs.
Also, that’s nearly the same washer I’ve got.
