Color Eyedropper for Firefox

If you have ever developed a web page, you know the importance of picking colors for your background or division headings. You can either experiment with colors on your own until you come up with a winner… or (probably the most common way) take “inspiration” from another site.

Ordinarily, to “borrow” a color, you would have to either rummage through the HTML/CSS to find the correct setting or take a screenshot of the picture and use a graphics editor eyedropper to get the color. If you are a Firefox user, then the ColorZilla plugin is for you.

This extension adds an eyedropper to your browser, among other tools, to allow you to grab a color instantly from anywhere on a web page. If you have ever had to shuffle through the hassle mentioned above several times then you know this is a very handy tool to have.
