While there have been many improvement in Google Maps and Bing Maps over the years, there’s still nothing that beats Google Earth as far as what you can do with it. Some of the features you’ll see below are in Google/Bing Maps, but done done in a way where the functions are separated and/or cumbersome to use. Google Earth, being a true local application, allows you to combine a lot of things together and just get things done on the map faster.
