Cool Tool Of The Day: Google Chrome’s Print-To-PDF

You might think this one is a browser extension. It’s not. This one is built-in to the browser. Very cool.

Google Chrome has both the ability to print to PDF and read PDF files without the need for any additional software or browser extensions.

If you ever needed a real reason to switch to Chrome, well, there you go. No other browser has this built-in functionality as far as I know.

See video below for how it works. It’s very easy to use, which makes it even better.

Well, not on Windows. Every app on the Mac has that functionality for free from the operating system’s print dialog.

    • Technically that’s an OS feature and not a browser feature. But it’s good to point out.
