Final thoughts…
So what else can I say about this case? I like the design, roominess, and the layout is simple. Quality construction for ease of peripheral installation, more screws and thumbscrews than you can use, and the looks are awesome. Front ports for the geek in all of us – I like my sound port in front which is easier for my headphones when I have Alien Ant Farm blasting. The cooling ability is something people might tend to overlook, but for such a simple change in materials it does makes a few degrees difference. It also runs quietier.
What kind of rating? Since is the first aluminum case I have reviewed, I have nothing to compare it against, except the tried and true steel frame cases we have all owned and adored. I can only give this case high marks for it\’s features, construction and looks. The only thing I can find to complain about is the lack of a removeable motherboard tray. It seems like that certain feature is slowly being incorporated into a lot of cases these days, and I for one think of it as a must have. I admit I feel spoiled. All the guys at work hold their mouths open, drooling cause they want one. I can\’t blame them one bit.
Pros:
- Attractive looks
- Great features
- Plenty of functionality
Cons:
- No removable motherboard tray
