This allows you to place any picture and text so that it will be displayed in the system control panel; without having to mess with the registry. There are two parts to this:
Picture
1: Take any bitmap that’s about 175×175 pixels in size.
2: Name it oemlogo.bmp
3: Copy it to the \windows\system32 folder
Text
1: open notepad type the text below and add the text to be displayed after the “=”

Manufacturer=
Model=
[Support Information]
Line1=
Line2=
Line3=
(you can create more lines if you wish)
2: Now save as oeminfo.ini into the \windows\system32 directory.
That’s it. Now you have a custom branded pc.
