Did you know you can control whether or not images, avatars and signatures are shown on the PC Mech Forums ([http://forum.pcmech.com/)?] You can enable or disable these specific options by doing the following:

1. Go to the User CP link
2. Select Edit Options on the left
3. Under the section Thread Display Options, uncheck what you do not want to see

You can also configure other options, such as the number of threads displayed per screen, set cut-off dates and much more through the control panel.

Take a look around and in a few minutes you can have your options set just the way you want.
