Having been in the computer business before, I know the money is in service because it&#039;s most definitely not profitable on hardware alone. People pay for knowledge, they pay for what they don&#039;t know how to do. No different than fixing your car, you pay for the knowledge and the convenience so that you don&#039;t have to do it yourself.</description>
