For those of you out there who are dual booting Windows with another OS (Linux most likely), a utility you may be very interested in is EasyBCD.
EasyBCD extends and revamps the Windows Vista/Windows 7 BCD bootloader, and with EasyBCD, almost anything is possible. Setting up and configuring a dual-boot between Windows 7, Windows Vista, older versions of Windows such as XP & 2003, Linux, Ubuntu, BSD, and Mac OS X is a breeze. You just point & click and EasyBCD does the rest.
I remember back when I had a dual boot system running XP/Ubuntu and neither one really liked for you to mess with the boot options. The Ubuntu installer would “play nice” with Windows but Windows didn’t like anything else being on there. Having ability to control your boot options via a point and click interface can really save you some headaches in the event you need to mess with it.
So if you are ever in that boat, keep this free tool in mind.

It’s weird how they list both Linux and Ubuntu like they are different operating systems or something…
