I do copy-paste so much for use in emails that is it really a bother for me to have to go to Edit > Paste Special > Unformatted Text instead of just using Ctrl+V. I know this annoys many of the people I work with as well because if you don't do the above action you have to go back and reformat all the text to be consistent.

It's all personal preference, but If you seldom use copy-paste by all means skip this one.

I've been using "paste special" in Word and Excel for years to allow me these options - sometimes plain text works best, sometimes keeping the formatting. I do not see what I would be gaining with this extension and all I need is another seldom used extension hogging resources, loading and running in the background.

I've tested both extensions in Vista and they work... sorry I don't have a Mac to test it on.

Sorry the solution does not work with FF running on an iMac, Leopard. If I use any of the commands to copy a picture into an e-mail all I get is the text. Works with Safari but not with FF or IE.
