Last night, I posted a quick testimonial from a member of our PCMech University program. Today, I created a video where I’ll take you behind the scenes and into our survey system. I wanted to share with you the feedback that I have gotten from University members, direct from them. That video is below.
Now, this is the first of 4 videos I will be posting this week. It all leads up to some big changes with our program for 2009. As a small example of the changes we’ll be making, the program will no longer be called PCMech University. It will be called simply PCMech Premium. I’ll explain more about that on Friday.

I just watched your video. It was very good. I am not a member yet so i am more interested in what will be offered for us that are not very computer literate in my opinion will determine how many new paying members you will acquire. Thanks Jim Townsend

That is a microphone. Called the Blue Snowball. Weird looking thing, I know. But, its a good mic.
Your video stops dead at 1:01 when the survey screen appears and will not continue.
Is this a problem with my system, or have others reported the problem?
The video did not complete for me as well.
