Find Interesting New Articles With Google Reader Play

If you have exhausted your Google Reader articles and are looking for some time to kill or something new to read, than an interesting tool to look at is Google Reader Play.

In Google Reader Play, items are presented one at a time, and each item is big and full-screen. After you’ve read an item, just click the next arrow to move to the next one, or click any item on the filmstrip below to fast-forward. Of course, you can click the title or image of any item to go to the original version. And since so much of the good stuff online is visual, we automatically enlarge images and auto-play videos full-screen.

As you can probably imagine, the items which you see are based on feeds you already subscribe to and items you have shared/starred. Because it is based on stuff you like, hopefully the results of Play will be new sites and articles you are interested in.

Getting started is easy if you already use Google Reader – just go to: https://www.google.com/reader/play/
