Another must have Firefox extension is FireFTP. Simply put, this converts a Firefox tab into a fully functional FTP client. While it may lack some of the features of [the recently posted about] FileZilla, it will probably meet 95% of your FTP needs.
If you don’t FTP very often, then there really isn’t a need to install a separate FTP client, so take advantage of FireFTP instead.
