If you are looking for a solid, free CD/DVD burning program, then take a look at Protected Soft’s FinalBurner Free. While it doesn’t offer as many features as Roxio or Nero’s commercial versions, it will allow you to do the following:
- Burn and create ISO images
- Create autorun menus
- Rip audio into .wav or .mp3
- Burn .mp3 directly to audio CD’s
- Tons more
If you like FinalBurner Free, consider upgrading to their full version for even more features. The cost is significantly less than the big names and the features are virtually the same.
