Additionally, we are offering Vista Business and Vista Ultimate with Downgrade Service free on Latitude, Optiplex and Precision, and for a small fee on Vostro systems. With this service, Dell exercises downgrade rights for customers and factory-installs XP Professional on the system while shipping a CD for XP and a DVD for Vista. This way, you get the OS you’re comfortable with using now along with rights to upgrade to Vista when you’re ready. We will offer this service, also called Vista Business Bonus or Vista Ultimate Bonus, long after the June 18 date. There is a lot more information at www.dell.com/dellhasanswers

Thanks for letting your readers know about Dell offering customers a choice between Windows XP and Windows Vista.

In addition to the models you indicated above, Dell Small Business offers a choice between Windows XP & Windows Vista on most business systems until June 18.
