Final Ratings

Highs

  • Relatively Inexpensive (~$70)

  • New Sticks Perform Well

  • Looks Good

Lows

  • 7ns Stock

  • Not Much Over Rated Speed

The old stock of GeIL memory is quite unexceptional. It does do what it claims, but not much more than that. Looking at other reviews around the web, the newer stock using either 6ns or 5ns chips are performing much better and would be worth recommending. GeIL memory, at least the newer sticks, are performing with the best out there, but make sure you don’t get stuck with the 7ns stuff.
