OK, we don’t usually use the daily tip for outright promotion, but this one I’m passing along because I think it would indeed be useful to people. PCMech recently partnered with Tradepub to offer free magazine subscriptions to qualified people. Basically, as I understand it, you would need to be somehow in the field associated with the magazine. But, they are free. I myself subscribed to eWeek for the longest time and never paid a dime for it. So, I would invite everyone to head on over to http://pcmech.tradepub.com and take a look at what’s available and see if you’re interested in anything.
