Emails to support either go unanswered or are just a standard "thank you, we will look into it" and then ignored. The GMX system has many serious bugs (many of have been around for several years and are documented in the forum) and can be unreliable. Forum members are crying out for help and yet GMX moderators stay well clear of the forum. Check out the forum yourself before signing up.I suspect Surinder Singh may work for GMX. I m already using GMX since January 2008, when it got launched. Its realy fab. It has many good features, good design, mail collector, POP3/IMAP, good Spam filter. And above all, customer support is very good, Even on GMX forum. The moderator replies via email or forum. Its far better than other GIANTS. Its the best email service I have ever used in last 10 years. Comprising the whole, in short I can only say, yahoo+gmail+hotmail+other GIANTS = GMX.
