Undoubtedly, both Windows XP and Windows Vista offer dozens of quality system utility applications built in to Windows itself. While I have no complaints with the utilities, I do question the “organization” of them sometimes. For example, the command prompt is not in the same program group as the Administrative Tools (for some reason this bothers me… I don’t know why).
If you are looking for a single launch point for pretty much all the system utilities, then check out WinTools by KinyonSoft. The program is very simple, in fact all it does is provide a launch point for the system utilities from inside a single window. There is an XP and Vista version, so if you are interested, take a look.
