I've found just a few articles online about charging for websites, and they all lacked the detailed information you've provided; so thank you. I liked the analogy of contractor/web designer. I just started making websites, not full-time, but charging what I think is right has been difficult to do, but now I know better ways to communicate to the client about charges and the overall payment.
