The new Internet Explorer 9 Beta renders fonts differently which in some instances looks "fuzzy". Fortunately this can be fixed quickly by viewing all web sites in "Compatibility Mode".
Step 1. Tap your ALT key to bring up the Menu Bar.
Looks like this, and will by default highlight File:

Step 2. Click Tools/Compatibility View Settings.

Step 3. Check Display all websites in Compatibility View.

All websites at that point will show up using standard ClearType. Problem solved.
Important note: It’s most likely true that when IE9 comes to official release that the font rendering will be tweaked in such a way where it will look much better than it currently does. Part of the reason IE9 runs as fast as it does is because font rending is hardware-accelerated. Using Compatibility View slows down the browser – but only slightly – so slightly you may not even notice. When the official release of IE9 comes around, remember to uncheck Compatibility View because at that point ClearType should (hopefully) also be hardware-rendered.
