Excellent advice Rich.

Some people want/need to be "out there" and as publicly visible as possible, but for those that don't you provide good advice on how to get out of the public eye.

Another useful service your readers may be interested in is Google Alerts, which provides periodic advices on who's saying what about you. There is a free version and a more comprehensive subscription version.
