    that’s nioe, but whay can’t you use paint.NET and it’s really easy for this

    and I think you can batch resize in this but you can’t use RAW

    I personally think that easiest way to resize on Windows XP is the image resizer powertoy… if you google “powertoys windows xp ” and click i’m feeling lucky its going to take you to the powertoys website. then after that you will download it and install it (you don’t need to validate your windows xp, just download it) after installing it a new shell menu option will appear (that’s the menu that shows up when you right click)… as long as a picture or a group of pictures is selected, it will say “resize image” and you can choose sizes or type a custom one. play with the options. It will take you like 5 seconds to resize like 30 images to like 30kb each. Happy resizing.
