		<description>I personally think that easiest way to resize on Windows XP is the image resizer powertoy... if you google  &quot;powertoys windows xp &quot; and click i&#039;m feeling lucky  its going to take you to the powertoys website. then after that you will download it and install it (you don&#039;t need to validate your windows xp, just download it) after installing it a new shell menu option will appear (that&#039;s the menu that shows up when you right click)... as long as a picture or a group of pictures is selected, it will say &quot;resize image&quot; and you can choose sizes or type a custom one. play with the options. It will take you like 5 seconds to resize like 30 images to like 30kb each.  Happy resizing.</description>
