How To Restrict Internet Access with IE

The question submitted was:

I’m a one of year customer. I only want 3-5 website allowed to be accessed through Internet Explorer so that my staff can’t access other websites other than what I allow. How to do it? I’m using IE6.

    Why not block certain website using the hosts file? But, there are millions of websites and it’s “impossible” to block all of them except the three allowed websites. I wish we could just block it based on the keywords, instead of the ip address or the url.
