AutoHotKey, arguably the best macro app you could use for Windows, is something I personally use on a daily basis. One custom script type I programmed was the ability to output the date anywhere I am in the Windows environment when I need it auto-typed in somewhere (in a document, email, chat, etc.) The video below shows how that’s done.
