One of the more underrated features of the modern Firefox browser is the use of Tab Groups. This built-in feature (meaning no add-ons/plugins required) makes quick work of a cluttered-up tab bar by organizing a lot of tabs into easy-manage groups that can be ordered however you like. The problem is you will lose the layout if you log off, go to standby, shut down.
At least that happens to me.
Firefox (menu) > Options > General > “When Firefox Starts:” (drop-down menu) “Show my windows and tabs from last time”

Even if you did, it’s not in an obvious spot since it’s semi-hidden in a drop-down menu.
I should also note that any tabs/windows saved also preserve the cookies for said tabs/windows, even if you instruct the browser to clear cookies on exit. If you want a complete cache/cookie removal, make sure to clear out all the tabs first before doing the CTRL+SHIFT+DEL thing.
Actually, I stop using Mozilla since it’s really slow and irritating but I’ve heard it released its new update. Maybe I’ll consider your tab management if I’ve updated already my old mozilla.
