Problem Steps Recorder is definitely something that’s worth getting to know, whether using it to send instructions on how to do something, or get help by sending a record of what you clicked on before you had a problem/got stuck/etc.
The only unfortunate part is how hidden this feature is! I do wish it wasn’t so difficult to locate in the Windows environment!
