Quick quiz:
What is this?

Give up?
It’s a mouse. Specifically, the M.M.O. 7 Gaming Mouse Cyborg. And it’s $130 to get one, which in all honesty is worth it considering what it does as the self-proclaimed "world’s most adjustable gaming mouse". And how programmable are we talking about? 13 programmable buttons and the ability to define 78 in-game commands – all from the mouse. It also has 6400 DPI twin laser sensor resolution.
I suppose MMO gamers really like these things. And I admit the fact it looks like a Transformer is kinda cool.
Would you buy one of these?

I own the wired RAT 7 mouse, its near equivalent but without the orange buttons.
http://www.cyborggaming.com/prod/rat7.htm I am using it right now. I enjoy the adjustability so it fits my hand for how I grab a mouse. It also has some nice control features for gaming. It’s not for everyone, just as not everyone could use a 2560 x 1600 monitor or an aftermarket heatsink for overclocking. It’s definitely not for people who do not game. I can understand why people who don’t game would see no value in its features.
thank you for sharing.
I thought it was a high tech lawn sprinkler at first.
It’s about personality & aesthetics
The general run of egg-shaped bulbous mice never appealed to me. Just like I’m the type of person who obsesses over the Windows Login Screen and the Desktop wallpaper– while everyone else never changes the insipid HP, Dell or Microsoft desktop.
I have the RAT7. I don’t do MMORPG, though And with my own PC games, I don’t even use the programmable set-ups like for Oblivion. I just like the way it looks. Black, angular and Hi-tech.
I was disappointed to find out, contrary to what my initial glance suggested, that the notched orange adjuster between the palm rest and the LR buttons doesn’t also function as a air jet for cooling/drying your palm
Also apparently it doesn’t make me breakfast, so I would still have to get out of my chair at some point.
