Improve Sound Quality in Winamp

Here’s a neat little known plug-in for Winamp that seems to provide a richer, fuller sound for your music called Enhancer 017: [http://www.winamp.com/plugins/details.php?id=81361]

Simply run the executable, then in Winamp, go to “Options” > “Preferences”. In the left-hand window, Look for the “Plug-ins” label, then click “DSP/effect” under it. Double click on “Enhancer v0.17″ in the right-hand menu. A window with slide bars should open up. From there, click “Presets” and try out some of the settings. “General improvements” and “Party with ambience” seem to be two of the best for getting a rich sound, but you can browse through to see what suits your ears.

Happy listening!
