In response to the iPhone 4 antenna reception issue which has been receiving a lot of coverage lately, Apple is providing iPhone 4 owners with a free bumper case which remedies the problem.
Per the iPhone 4 Case Program:
If you purchase an iPhone 4 before September 30, 2010, you are eligible to receive an iPhone 4 Bumper or a select third-party case from Apple at no charge.
Additionally, if you have already purchased a bumper case from Apple:
We will give you a full refund for your previously purchased iPhone 4 Bumper, including any taxes and shipping fees.
This is a good move by Apple to make the situation right for people who have purchased the defective phone. So if you have purchased an iPhone 4 or plan to in the near the future, be sure to take advantage of this offer.
