Looking for Some Classic Games?

Posted Jul 1, 2006 by David Risley

For those of you who played games long before you needed 256 MB of
graphics memory and Doom 1 was “cutting edge”, be sure to download
your favorites at Abandonia ([http://www.abandonia.com]). This site
specializes in making classic games abandoned by their creators free
for download.

Such classics X-Com, Civilization, Jagged Alliance (these are the best
games ever made in my opinion) and hundreds more are available for
download. Each one is thuroughly reviewed and has instructions on how
to play them on your machine.

Those of you who know will already be checking out the site.
Have fun!
